Shipping policy
1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs. The available shipping options and their respective delivery times will be presented during checkout based on your shipping address.
Please note that international shipping may be subject to delays due to factors such as customs inspections, local carrier schedules, and holidays.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are typically processed within 7 business days from the time of purchase.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) to monitor your shipment.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, the destination address, and the weight and size of the products being shipped.
- Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs for domestic orders will be displayed at checkout.
- International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the destination country and the size of the order. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses for certain shipping methods. Please provide a valid street address to ensure successful delivery.
- International Restrictions: Some countries or regions may have restrictions on shipping certain products. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.
- Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional shipping fees or delays. We will notify you if your location is subject to additional charges.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable). You can use this information to track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system.
Please note that it may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system after the shipment has been processed.
6. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Eurorox is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions, customs processing (for international orders), or any other factors outside our control. If your shipment is delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided for more information.
7. Lost Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at Eurorox9@gmail.com. We will assist in resolving the issue and initiate a claim with the carrier if necessary.
- Lost Packages: If your package has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please allow 15 business days after the delivery date before reporting it as lost. After this period, we can work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you realize that you have entered an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at Eurorox9@gmail.com . We will make every effort to update your shipping information before your order is processed and shipped.
9. Customs Duties and Taxes (for International Orders)
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees. The amount of these charges varies by country, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
If your package is held by customs, it may be delayed for inspection. Eurorox is not responsible for any delays or additional fees incurred during customs processing.
